Paper notice fee

Council will charge a $2.50 fee for all paper rates notices issued from January 2025. Ratepayers who receive their rates notice electronically, or who receive a pensioner rebate or self-funded retiree rebate, will be exempt.

Holiday closure

Council’s customer service centres will close at 12:00 PM on Tuesday 24 December 2024. Normal business hours will resume at 8:30 AM on Thursday 2 January 2025.

Mobile offices

Mobile offices are conducted fortnightly at various locations across the division, giving residents an opportunity to meet with their local Councillor to discuss local and regional matters.

Note: In rare circumstances Councillor Booth may have urgent council business on these dates.
