Paper notice fee

Council will charge a $2.50 fee for all paper rates notices issued from January 2025. Ratepayers who receive their rates notice electronically, or who receive a pensioner rebate or self-funded retiree rebate, will be exempt.

Holiday closure

Council’s customer service centres will close at 12:00 PM on Tuesday 24 December 2024. Normal business hours will resume at 8:30 AM on Thursday 2 January 2025.

Mobile offices are conducted at various locations across the division, giving residents an opportunity to meet with their local Councillor to discuss local and regional matters.

Note: In rare circumstances, Councillor Tonks may have urgent Council business on these dates.
