Catch Deon Powter and Ryan Krarup’s set at the People’s Grand Piano in the North Lakes Library. This is a public access instrument inviting you to play on its ivory keys during the whole of Make Music Month

21 June is Make Music Day. People all around the world are encouraged to make and experience music for free in public places. We join more than 750 cities in 120 countries in celebrating Make Music Day across our facilities.

About the musicians

Deon Powter and Ryan Krarup make up 1/2 of the Deon Powter band and get together to form a fun duo. Showcasing their exceptional talent with honest and mature original music celebrating three loves, self, others and the planet. They strive to make meaningful connections with audiences and share ideas through music. The unique combination of guitar and keyboards provides fresh perspectives on familiar songs and tunes from Deon’s extensive original music portfolio.
