Call in to enjoy the beautiful spirit that can only be experienced when you’re in a room surrounded by Kevin Pearson's art.

Kevin was a local, growing up at Scarborough in the 1970s from the age of 8. This very special retrospective exhibition of his beautiful Aboriginal art honours his storytelling and shares his journey of resilience and reconnection to displaced family. Kevin painted from the heart, because he lived from the heart. In three short years of painting, he painted his indomitable spirit onto canvas and shared his ability to find joy and colour in life, even on the very darkest of days. Kevin’s artworks speak of connection to spirits deep within, that brought him strength in life and welcomed him home.

Enjoy this inspiring exhibition from Kevin Pearson between 10am to 3pm, Wednesday to Sunday, with the official opening being held at 1.00pm on Saturday 15 March.
