With turtle nesting numbers having increased by up to 125 per cent, the symposium will focus on the urgent need for conversation efforts in the response to human impacts and climate change.

The event will be hosted by the Environmental Sustainability Rotary Action Group (ESRAG Moreton Bay), REF Environmental, and Bribie Island Turtle Trackers (BITT).

Day 1 - Saturday 3rd May is beachside at Queens Beach North Scarborough - free family event from 10am to 2pm.

Day 2 - Sunday 4th May at the Komo Redcliffe is a Turtle symposium with keynote speaker Prof Col Limpus - this is a Ticketed event from 9am to 4pm, at $25.00 per person.
