The headspace Bribie Island Healthy Relationships Group aims to provide a safe and empowering space for all young people aged 12-25 who want to discuss and learn more about healthy relationships.

During these sessions we will explore and learn about building healthy relationships, strengthening the relationships in challenging period, setting clear boundaries and so on.

In this group, we will talk about what respecting ourselves and others means, how to communicate our needs, and how to navigate tricky situations in relationships – whether with friends, family, or romantic partners.

All young people aged between 12 - 25-year-old are welcome to attend every second Tuesday.
