The Bunker activity space

4 Dec 2024 - 8 Mar 2025

Two people creating sculptures with cardboard

Jump into the world of Maximum Madness: Art Inspired by Mad Max with artists Isabel and Alfredo Aquilizan. You are invited to create your own apocalypse armament in the interactive installation Prototypes.

Using recycled cardboard, this space is a growing installation that considers the way we interact with the world around us and our use of finite resources. Enter the bunker and build alongside your family and friends.

Over the course of the exhibition, see the evolving display of artworks change.

Maximum Madness: Art Inspired by Mad Max is a Rockhampton Museum of Art touring exhibition curated by Jonathan McBurnie, supported by Rockhampton Regional Council and Haymans Electrical.

Caboolture Regional Art Gallery is open from Tuesday to Saturday, 10:00 AM - 4:00 PM.
