Your kindy class is invited for an excursion to Pine Rivers Heritage Museum!

During the school term, your kindergarten class can learn about what is below our feet in our intergenerational play space, Unearthed.

Dig deep into our region’s history from the gold rush to archaeological finds through hands-on activities. Explore different types of minerals, crystals, and rocks while learning about Science, Technology, Engineering and Mathematics (STEM) concepts.

Upon arrival, enjoy your morning tea in the scenic bush surrounds then take part in a guided museum tour where you can ask questions and learn more about the history of the region. After your tour of the museum, get hands-on exploring and learning!

Free. Bookings required - contact the musum. Available Wednesday-Friday 10:00 AM - 12:00 PM. Groups must be accompanied by sufficient adults for student supervision.

For more information call the Pine Rivers Heritage Museum on (07) 5433 2710 or email Museum.PineRivers@moretonbay.qld.gov.au.
