Council facilities and waste services closures

Council’s administration and customer service centres will close from Tuesday, 4 March. Normal business hours will resume from 8:30 AM on Monday, 10 March weather permitting.

Council’s call centre will continue to operate, including responding to emergency matters on (07) 3205 0555 or 1300 477 161.

Waste services during Cyclone Alfred

Waste services will close from 5:00 PM Wednesday, 5 March and reopen when safe to do so. Please note due to safety considerations there will be no kerbside collection services on Thursday 6 March or Friday 7 March however, catchup services will be undertaken on impacted properties from next week, when it is safe to do so.
