Council's Customer Service Centres will close for the Easter long weekend at 5:00 PM on Thursday, 17 April. They will reopen at 8:30 AM on Tuesday, 22 April.
Animal owners can register to receive their cat or dog's registration notice and other animal-related correspondence by email through eAnimals.
Before you start, make sure you have a recent renewal or animal registration notice handy.
Register for eAnimals
If you registered for an electronic renewal notice and delivery via email is unsuccessful, we will post you a physical copy of that notice and any future notices.
We will attempt to notify you by SMS about the failed delivery and advise you to update your contact details.
Once your details are correct, you will need to sign up again to receive future renewal notices by email.

If you did not receive your renewal notice or need a copy, lodge a request online.
If any of your or your pet's details have changed or are incorrect, you can update your pet registration details online or contact Council.
