Limited code assessment application

A Limited code assessment application(PDF, 665KB) is to be lodged for non-compliance with one or more requirements for Accepted development of a code.

The application form is to be completed in full and accompanied by:

prescribed application fee as outlined in the current Schedule of fees and charges
a site plan that is dimensioned and/or drawn to an acceptable scale showing the location of the proposed development and all existing buildings, structures, easements, sewer/stormwater mains in relation to the boundaries of the property
a floor plan dimensioned and drawn to an acceptable scale
elevations of the proposed building work showing the height above the level of the natural ground.
