Flood check development report
Flood check development reports provide information on flood-related requirements of Council's planning scheme. They are useful when looking at a property’s development opportunities and constraints.
They include property-specific information on:
- flood and coastal planning areas
- defined flood events
- applicable freeboard information
- flood planning levels
- flow velocity constraints
- the year 2100 highest astronomical tide level
- overland flow.
If you are planning new building or development works, you should download a report, and review it together with the planning scheme.
