The Community facilities zone encompasses areas that have unique and specialised characteristics. They are found throughout the City and are held in both public and private ownership.
All land in the Community facilities zone is included in one of five precincts. Zone precincts have their own provisions and provide greater clarity about the types of development intended in a particular location. These precincts are:
