Development assessment for the PDA has been delegated by the Minister to City of Moreton Bay; therefore, all development forms and correspondence should be directed to Council.
Having received approval from the Minister for Economic Development Queensland (MEDQ) in accordance with the Economic Development Act 2012, The Mill at Moreton Bay Priority Development Area (PDA) Development Scheme came into effect on 18 August 2017.
Development applications within The Mill at Moreton Bay PDA will now be assessed against The Mill at Moreton Bay PDA Development Scheme(PDF, 18MB).
Development fees and charges are the same fees and charges applied to development applications under the MBRC Planning Scheme. For more information refer to Council’s fees and charges.
