Council’s capping regime
From 1 July 2010 Council’s capping regime was amended to only apply to trunk networks for which Council has maintenance responsibilities. Infrastructure contributions for the water supply and sewerage networks are no longer included in Council’s capping regime.
Effective from 1 July 2010, capped rates for infrastructure contributions towards Council maintained trunk infrastructure are:
