The Bribie Project

Council asked what activities, spaces and support you would like to see on Bribie Island.

You said you wanted spaces and places to hang out, affordable and accessible arts and cultural activities and new opportunities to connect and be heard.

You spoke and we listened.

The Bribie Project is all about increasing young people’s sense of belonging and providing affordable and accessible activities for the young people that live work and play on Bribie Island and its surrounds.

We will keep updating this page with events, activities and opportunities as the project continues, so make sure to visit and check out what is on.

See what is on offer below and make sure to sign up!

Who is it for?

The Bribie Project is for the young people that live, work, study and play on Bribie Island and its surrounds.

Age limits apply to some activities, so check the activity details to ensure eligibility.

How do I get involved?

Take a look at the listed events, we will continue to update them across the year so make sure to check back and see what is on offer.

To ensure the safety of all participants there may be limits to the number of people allowed some most events. This means you may need to sign up for anything you want to come to beforehand.

Make sure you bring a mask to anything you attend and follow all COVID-19 restrictions and instructions from the activity provider.

As always, if you are unwell please stay at home.

If you are under 18 we will need a parent or guardian to complete the booking.

What does it cost?

Activities range from free to $5.

Again, bookings are essential.
