Marquee loan for not-for-profit organisations

Council marquees are currently unavailable for public use due to damage and accessibility concerns. We hope to have them available for bookings as soon as possible.

We have 6 marquees for loan to not-for-profit organisations hosting a community event within Moreton Bay. These 3 metres by 6 metres marquees are available to organisations based in Moreton Bay that have public liability insurance.

Book a marquee

You must book at least 7 days before the collection date and can book up to 12 months in advance. Review the terms and conditions of use(PDF, 244KB).

Subject to availability, you may book up to 2 marquees per event, for up to 4 consecutive days including collection and return. The Caboolture, Redcliffe and Petrie depots have 2 marquees each available to loan. 

Assembling the marquee

We recommend a group of people work together to erect the marquee. Follow the marquee assembly instructions(PDF, 343KB).
