Moreton Bay Pop Ups locations

There are many popular locations that are part of the Moreton Bay Pop Ups Program. Find out what locations are included and the individual conditions for each site.

Types of sites

There are three types of sites available.

Bookable sites for food trucks

These sites can be booked monthly by date in advance and are time sensitive. The minimum booking period is 3 hours in 30-minute blocks. For example, on 1 March 9:00 AM, you can book any date up to 1 April 9:00 AM. Check the guidelines for specific site booking restrictions. These sites are self-managed by the vendor.

Bookable or fixed sites for park activity vendors only

These sites are bookable or fixed and self-managed. Operational hours and days are nominated by each vendor.

Fixed sites for park activity vendors (water access) only

These sites are fixed and self-managed. Operational hours and days are nominated by each vendor.

How to book a site

Bookings must be made at least 48 hours before your selected date and can be made up to 4 weeks in advance. Bookings are not final until you have received a confirmation email from Council.

You can only book sites consistent with your approval.

Refer to the site plan in each listed precinct for site specific information and conditions.

Pop up locations

If your chosen location is part of the program, you will need to submit an application.

If you are already an approved vendor, you can book your site online. You will need to provide your permit number to make a booking.
