We are upgrading the existing bend near 140 Alma Road, Dakabin. The project aims to improve safety for pedestrians, cyclists and motorists and accommodate traffic demand.
The project will replace the existing bend with a roundabout and will include the installation of:
- a 2.5 metre shared pathway within the project extents
- on-street parking on the northern side of Alma Road
- cyclist lanes through the project area
- street lighting.
Nearby residents will receive notification outlining construction dates, hours of work and journey impacts.
