Sandbags must not be placed into your general waste bin unless they are empty. The sand can be used as topsoil on lawns and gardens. Do not allow sand to wash into stormwater drains.

Due to essential maintenance following Tropical Cyclone Alfred, the Strathpine Customer Service Centre is currently closed and will reopen on Monday 31 March. Dogs may be exercised on-leash only, on the beach area, adjacent to the car park in Oxley Park, heading southwest for approximately 200 metres.
