Caboolture Memorial Hall - Supper Room

The supper room has pathways from the car park to the entry door. Allocated accessible parking bays are located in the car park. Internal doors have automatic/push button access. An accessible toilet is available on the ground level. 

Please inspect the facility prior to booking to ensure it meets your accessibility requirements. 

This hall is managed by Enhance Care Inc on behalf of Council. 

Regular hire is available at this facility. A regular hirer is an individual or organisation that has bookings on a weekly, fortnightly or monthly basis. Note:

• booking requests are required at least five business days prior to the requested hire date
• a minimum of 1 hour hire applies to all bookings
• Council may charge a refundable security bond to cover potential damage to the facility during hire.

All hirers are required to complete an online venue induction prior to their booking. Inductions are current for 12 months. Complete online venue site induction.

Supper room inclusions:

• 10 rectangular tables 1830 mm x 760 mm
• 10 round folding tables 1800 mm diameter
• 80 fabric stacking chairs
• AV system including: 
  • lecturn with microphone
  • LED TV with USB connection
• whiteboard

Kitchenette inclusions:

• crockery and cutlery for up to 80 people
• urn
• instant chilled and boiling water
• fridge/freezer
• microwave oven
• sink.

Note: No cooking utensils, pots, pans, serving equipment, dishwashing liquid, washcloths or tea towels are provided. 

• 50% discount for non-profit/incorporated associations
• Council may charge a refundable security bond.

• Hirers are not permitted to sleep in the venue overnight.
• Equipment may be left in the venue if the hirer has a booking for the following day, or by arrangement with Hall Management.
• Smoking is not permitted in, or within 5 metres of, Council venues, except for designated smoking areas.
• The use of open flames including but not limited to candles, lanterns or smoke machine is prohibited.
• Decorative items such as glitter, rice, rose petals, sand or confetti is not permitted.
• Decorations must not be affixed in any way that may cause damage; this includes, but is not limited to sticky tape, pins or tacks.
• Animals with the exception of assistance animals, are not permitted in council venues without Council approval.

Hall Management may provide prospective hirers the opportunity to view the hall prior to booking. Inspections are by appointment only and depend upon the hall manager and venue availability.
