North Lakes Library computer lab

North Lakes Library is accessible by wheelchair.

Please inspect the venue prior to booking to ensure the facility meets your accessibility requirements.

• Payment must be made at the time of the booking.
• Booking times include setting up and tidying up, and the lab must be vacated within the session times allocated.
• Repeat bookings can be made for six months only and will be reviewed after that time.
• Tentative bookings will be held for one week. 
• Cancellations need to be made at least one week in advance. Note: Council's standard business practice is not to offer refunds within seven days of the booking.
• Repeated failure to notify of cancellation may result in refusal to accept future bookings.

The computer lab is furnished with:

• nine computers plus one trainer computer
• overhead data projector - this is connected to the trainer computer
• additional connections include HDMI, video, audio, mini USB and access to free-to-air television
• whiteboard wall (markers and erasers supplied) located on the same wall as the projector, allowing simultaneous use, and/or sections of the partition wall
• Windows 10 Education with Microsoft Office Professional Plus 2019
• dimmable lighting
• Wi-Fi

Community not for profit fee applies to:

• groups who can prove their not for profit status
• non-commercial groups or individuals who do not charge membership or attendance fees (apart from covering meeting room costs) and are not conducting a business or selling or promoting products or services

Session times:

• 9:00 AM - 1:00 PM
• 1:00 PM - 5:00 PM

Rallies, petitioning on issues and any other activity that may cause disruption to other users are not permitted.
