South Pine Indoor Sports Centre - Meeting rooms

South Pine Indoor Sports Centre has two meeting rooms available to hire, designed for comfort and productivity. Each space features comfortable seating, high-speed internet, and modern presentation tools. You will only need to bring your laptop.

The meeting rooms are ideal for:

conferences
training sessions
strategy meetings
breakout sessions.

When booking both meeting rooms, the mezzanine space is a great addition. Its long, narrow layout makes it ideal for catering or casual mingling.

Meeting rooms 1 and 2 can have different seating arrangements depending on your event:

Cabaret (square): 24 attendees plus 1 facilitator
Classroom: 12 attendees plus 1 facilitator
U-shape: 10 attendees plus 1 facilitator
Theatre: 40 attendees plus 1 facilitator.

You can also combine the meeting rooms to provide more space.

Accessibility

The meeting rooms are wheelchair accessible from the car park via an internal lift. The centre has designated disability parking bays in the shared parking areas.

Accessible unisex toilets are on the ground floor and level one. There is also a Changing Places facility on the ground floor.

Fees and charges

Rooms can be hired in 1-hour blocks from 8:00 AM to 10:00 PM, Monday to Friday, and 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM on weekends. Hire outside of these hours is subject to request and may incur additional fees
