Fast Track - Self Defence for Women and Children (8341)
Self-defence is a basic life skill which most people will find useful at least once in their lifetime. This is a 4 week progressive course and each session is designed to build on the previous.
You will be taught a number of self-defence techniques that can be easily learnt and used against a broad variety of common attacks. These techniques are all pressure tested and street proven.
The 4 week (8 hours of intensive training) is proven to transfer skills and knowledge in a fast and effective way. It is designed and delivered by qualified self defence experts and education professionals.
The first 2 sessions cover basics and dispel many of the myths associated with self-defence. Week 3 would be considered an intermediate level and addresses effective skills that are proven to work in real environments. Week 4 brings everything together, lets you test your new skills as transferred to different threat types and adds advanced skills that will stay with you for life.
Note: Participants under 18 years can attend but must be accompanied by an adult. Participants under 12 may be considered on a case-by-case basis due to the ‘adult concept’ content. Wear enclosed shoes and suitable unrestrictive clothing. Bring your own towel and water bottle.
