Lemke Park

Lemke Park in Albany Creek is the ultimate outdoor escape. Whether you're looking to get active or simply unwind, this park has something for everyone.

The park features two playgrounds and a large open oval. Kids can enjoy swings (including an infant/toddler swing), slides, rockers, climbing ropes, and a flying fox. The playground is filled with tactile features like moveable beads and knobs. It’s all set on soft-fall matting and bark for safety.

Furry friends are welcome too! Bring your dog along for a stroll, just keep them on a leash. We’ve made it easy with waste bag dispensers, a bin, and a dog water bowl with a tap to keep your pet hydrated.

Take a lap around our 500-metre running or walking track, marked every 100 meters, or stop by the gym equipment for a quick workout. Need a spot to park your bike? We've got racks ready and waiting for you.

Relax under a shady tree or at the picnic area which has tables, seats and a barbecue for family gatherings or birthday parties.

For those with mobility needs, an accessible walkway circles the entire park, ensuring everyone can explore in the fresh air. There are also two accessible parking bays and an automated Exeloo toilet.

Event bookings

The park is a dedicated event space available for booking. It features a spacious, open grassed oval at its centre, surrounded by trees. There is no onsite parking available. The area is approximately 140 metres by 100 metres.
