This large park overlooks Bramble Bay and is the perfect place for a day by the water. There's a boat ramp and rigging area that border the park allowing for a final safety check before setting off. Back on land, there are picnic shelters, barbecues, a fenced playground and plenty of car parking.
Accessible and sealed pathways outline the park, and the playground's soft fall matting protects children from any falls. This park also features a Liberty Swing, allowing children who use a wheelchair to enjoy the freedom and excitement of a swing.
To access and operate the swing, you need a standard master locksmith access key. Collect one of these keys between 8:30 AM to 5:00 PM Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays, from a Council service centre. Loan keys must be returned by 5:00 PM on the same day or the next business day.
Read the instructions and conditions of use provided at the site before using the Liberty Swing. City of Moreton Bay is not liable for any injuries resulting from the inappropriate use of the equipment.
This park has a bookable event area for large events. It has multiple areas including a large oval and plenty of onsite facilities, it is 400 metres by 150 metres.
To host your event at a public park you may need Council approval. Find out more about planning an event.
