Burpengary Regional Aquatic Leisure Centre has something for everyone to enjoy.

You're spoilt for choice with three pools to choose from. There are two indoor heated swimming pools and the third is an outdoor shaded leisure pool with a beach entry. The indoor pools host learn-to-swim, squad swimming (squads are only in the 50-metre pool), and aqua aerobics classes. The outside pool has shade and relaxing water features, the perfect place to soak in the sun.

Kids can make waves at the splash pad with its fun water-tipping bucket, or they can run around the shaded and enclosed playground.

When you're hungry, stop into the poolside cafe for a grab-and-go snack or use one of the barbecue facilities and picnic tables for a hot lunch.

The fitness-focused can enjoy the fully equipped gym with its various weight and cardio equipment. If you're an outdoor sports fan, try your hand at tennis but be sure to bring your own equipment and costs apply to use the court. Group fitness classes and personal training are also available.

Aquatic facilities

Indoor 50-metre heated swimming pool

The 50-metre indoor heated swimming pool is 10 lanes wide and has a depth of 2 metres. A grandstand overlooks both the 25 and 50 metre pools.

Indoor heated pool

The 25-metre indoor heated swimming pools hosts the learn-to-swim program, therapy, rehabilitation, exercise, relaxation and more. The pool has a depth of 1.2 metres.

Outdoor leisure swimming pool

The outside leisure swimming pools features a large, shaded swimming area with water features. It has a beach entry and a maximum depth of 1.05 metres.

Zero depth splash pad

A water playground for kids with exciting water features and a tipping bucket.

Accessibility

There is an accessible path of travel from the designated accessible parking spaces to the building entrance.

A unisex accessible toilet is available.

The 25-metre indoor program pool has ramp access and a water wheelchair (maximum weight capacity 200 kilograms) is available. There is also a fixed hoist and water wheelchair (maximum weight capacity 200 kilograms). The sling is to be supplied by the patron if required.

A bariatric bed and manoeuvrable bariatric floor hoist (maximum weight capacity 200 kilograms) are available in a room near reception to assist with transfers.
