Site reports are evaluated against a set of criteria that includes efforts in waste avoidance and reduction, reuse, and recycling.

All submissions will receive a report card providing feedback and suggestions for improving best practices in waste management.

Council’s Waste Minimisation Team will contact you to arrange a site visit and inspection if your school or early learning education centre meets the criteria of a Sustainability Champion. Schools or early learning education centres that are awarded Sustainability Champions will get a certificate and an award that can be publicly displayed.
