Welcoming Places
Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander peoples should be aware that content in this website and various linked websites may contain images, voices, or names of deceased persons.
The Welcoming Places are dedicated library spaces highlighting Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander culture and developed in consultation with local communities. A community-selected Aboriginal and Torres Strait Island artwork creates a focus for each space, where all people are welcome to find and share cultural information. Our Welcoming Place collection includes books, DVDs, newspapers, and journals, plus static and digital displays.
Discover our Welcoming Places at our Bribie, Caboolture, Deception Bay and Redcliffe libraries.
