Live well and stay connected

If you need help finding answers, our volunteers are here to help!

There's no such thing as a silly question in these sessions for older people, their families and caregivers. Our volunteers can share their experiences and point you in the right direction.

It's as easy as coming in for a chat and it's free, confidential and safe.

You might need help with:

  • Accurate health information
  • Wellbeing advice
  • Carers support
  • Finding new activities in your area
  • Connecting with friends and family online
  • Learning more about your iPad or smartphone.

Just drop in. Sessions are at Caboolture, Redcliffe and Strathpine libraries, as well as Caboolture Neighbourhood Centre and Burnie Brae at Chermside.
