Join us for an exclusive in-conversation event with Peter FitzSimons AM.

The successful author, broadcaster and former Wallaby will share stories from his books and his extraordinary life in the spotlight.

Peter's most recent book, The Legend of Albert Jacka recounts the life of a shy lad from country Victoria whose bravery and sacrifice led him to become the first Australian soldier to be awarded the Victoria Cross in WWI.

A master storyteller, Peter's books range across Australian history from the Batavia to The Battle of Long Tan and include biographies of high profile sporting identities such as John Eales and Steve Waugh.

Peter will sign copies of his book after the event. Books will be available for sale at the event courtesy of QBD The Bookshop - North Lakes.
