Individual achievement grants

These grants provide funding to residents participating in national or international competitions and events.

It also provides funding for the delivery of student achievement and recognition awards in City of Moreton Bay schools.

School achievement award grant

This grant provides funding to City of Moreton Bay schools.

Schools are invited to apply from 1 August to 30 October by sending an email to grants@moretonbay.qld.gov.au. A link to the online application form will be provided.

Youth achievement grant

This grant provides funding up to $600 to young people selected to represent Queensland or Australia.

The grant is available for young people representing in fields like:

  • sport and recreation
  • environment
  • arts and culture
  • heritage and history
  • academics
  • leadership.  

Applications are open from 1 July to 31 May. You can apply anytime while the round is open until midnight on the closing date.

We will notify you of the outcome about 4 weeks after submitting.

Commonwealth and Olympic Games grant 

This grant provides up to $1,250 to residents representing Australia at the Commonwealth or Olympic Games.
