Version 5 of the MBRC Planning Scheme was in effect between 26 October 2021 and 20 December 2021 and is now historic. Version 6 of the Planning Scheme came into effect on 21 December 2021 through the Local Government Infrastructure Plan (LGIP) Interim Amendment No.1.
