MBRC Planning Scheme - Version 6 (Superseded)

Version 6 of the MBRC Planning Scheme was in effect between 21 December 2021 and 29 October 2024 and is now superseded. Version 7 of the Planning Scheme came into effect on 30 October 2024 through the Major Amendment No. 3 - the ‘Better Housing Amendment,’ Planning Scheme Policies Amendment No. 2 and Minor Amendment No. 3 - Voluntary Home Buy Back Zoning Updates.
